Convenient location, good facilities offered, nice garden area. This hotel had a great location, very close to public transport and shops. The facilities provided were pretty good too with a gym and restaurant on site. But what I enjoyed the most was the garden area, it was so peaceful and a nice place to relax.

Unhelpful staff, unclean rooms, poor room service. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff were very unhelpful and didn't seem to care about customer service at all. The rooms were not clean and the room service was incredibly slow. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were excellent and the room was large and extremely comfortable. It was neat and tidy, and I really appreciated the balcony. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Plus, the hotel provided a free welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were also top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

** Complimentary drinks on arrival and fresh baked goods in the morning were a nice surprise. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the pool area was a great place to relax.

** Some of the electrical outlets in the room were not working, and the cleaning staff could be quite loud early in the morning. However, these were minor issues and did not hinder our overall positive experience at the hotel.

The hotel had everything I needed including a small restaurant where I could have breakfast. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. My room was clean, tidy, and had a balcony which was a nice addition. Additionally, the hotel had good facilities such as a small gym and a lovely garden at the back.

This hotel has a great location in the heart of Sandton, within walking distance to restaurants and the train station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and good cable channel offerings. They also offer a complimentary happy hour with drinks and snacks. Free parking right outside your room is convenient as well.

One downside reported by guests is that the Wi-Fi connection can be slow and unreliable at times.
